Coordinator of CASPISNET, Senior Scientific Researcher of the Caspian Sea Level Problems Department of the The Institute of Geography named H. Aliyev, the the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dr. Elnur Safarov, took part in the next edition of the program "Ecoethics" on Azerbaijan State Television (AzTV), dedicated to the Caspian Sea region environment.
The scientist analysed the current hydrological characteristics of the Caspian Sea, also mentioned about the research in which he is involved inn, give a brief information about the global climate changes, its interactions on these characteristics that finally affect the sea level change.
